Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Director of Nursing Surgical Services in Benton, Arkansas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Senior nursing leadership position reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
• Provides operational and clinical oversight for Main OR, Outpatient Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Endoscopy services
• Leads approximately 80 FTEs supporting inpatient and outpatient surgical services
• Responsible for staffing, budgeting, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and departmental operations
• Oversees key metrics including case volume, turnover time, block utilization, and on-time starts

SURGICAL SERVICES OVERVIEW
• Six main operating rooms supporting inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Service lines include Bariatrics, Colon & Rectal Surgery, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedics, ENT, Podiatry, and Urology
• Approximately 80 FTEs across Surgical Services departments

COMPENSATION
• Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

• Full Time
• Days
• 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• Current RN License REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Director role REQUIRED
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing REQUIRED
• Experience in PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastro, and Surgery preferred

Preferred:
• MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration degree
• Experience managing 60+ FTEs
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• Minimum 5 years Surgical Director experience
• PACU, Pre-Op, and Endoscopy leadership experience
