Food and Beverage Outlets Manager
Description

The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager is responsible for assuring professional, attentive and efficient service in all F&B Outlets (Room Service, Cocktail Lounge, Bar, and Coffee Shop) while maintaining appropriate payroll and managing overhead cost. The Manager is also responsible for continually working towards improving sales to exceed budget and increase guest satisfaction. 


Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets.

• Conduct food and beverage inventory and order supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms, as needed.

• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, procedures, and certification requirements for both brand compliance and city/state regulation.

• Support and supervise an effective self-inspection program.

• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all F&B team members in accordance to company standards. 

• Ensure that F&B team members are at all times attentive and courteous to guests and other team members. 

• Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions.

• Develop, initiate, and promote sales, including up selling, programs for use by all service personnel.

• Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operations are running smoothly while staying in budget with payroll. 

• Other projects and duties as assigned by leadership. 

Requirements
 Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage management or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations and standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems

•  Must be able to understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions
