The Job

As a Engineer I, you must perform minor electrical, plumbing, drywall restoration, wood work, and masonry. You must be able to trouble shoot and repair electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. You must know how liquid chillers, cooling towers, and domestic water boilers operate. You are responsible for performing daily inspections and scheduling preventative maintenance.

Requirements

To be successful as our new Engineer I you: 

• Capable of utilizing all tools and diagnostic procedures related to the repair process.
• Must possess very good interpersonal and communication skills; will be interacting with a high percentage of guests as well as other staff members.  
• Must speak fluent English.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts, may be required to work overtime on occasion when the department is short on personnel.
• The ability to listen, learn, and be helpful in all situations and make the most sound decisions toward the resolution of a potential problem.
