Job Summary
At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Scheduling Coordinator’s serve a key function on our projects and are a key role in our client's project success. This position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time. As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will effectively help the Installation Manager and Account Executive coordinate multiple crews by performing various coordinating tasks, such as job scheduling, expense management, monitoring project material, and inventory management issues, communicating with crew leaders, and handling installer administrative issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Review with Account Executives, Installation Manager, Installers, and Superintendents, the requirements of a job and availability of labor.
- Review and verify installation work orders and verify materials and labor for a scheduled job.
- Oversee all installation schedules, jobs, and resources
- Prepare material cut sheets for the installer and the warehouse as outlined by the installation work order.
- Assist as required, with entering received material into the inventory system
- Monitor jobs in progress with installers and internal teams.
- Address job issues, find workable solutions to correct problems.
- Conduct periodic site visits either scheduled or random.
- Report to and consult with the Installation Manager on any issue dealing with installation and or administration challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date files on installers and maintain, audit tools and fleet assessment logs.
- Review and process installer invoices and bills
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow up and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated ability to act in a professional demeanor with customers and fellow employees; relationship management
- Scheduling experience
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in flooring products and/or flooring installations (strongly preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints
