We are actively recruiting nursing assistants for our senior living community in Bellevue, WA. Newly licensed NA or NAR Graduates Encouraged to Apply!

Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to provide direct care to patients, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with community policies and procedures.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Conduct resident rounds as assigned.
• Assist residents with bathing, oral care, dressing/undressing, toileting, perineal care, grooming, eating and taking/recording vital signs in accordance with facility policies
• Assist with daily housekeeping duties – making beds, taking out trash, removing trays and dirty dishes, etc.
• Assist with reminding and/or assisting residents to the dining room and daily activities
• Assist with activities of daily living as designated in each resident’s care plan.
• All calls for assistance must be responded to promptly. If an assigned caregiver cannot answer the call promptly, they are to request a replacement or immediately advise their supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active NAR, NAC, or HCA license in the state of WA.
• Able to pass a state regulated background check & health screenings.
• Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• 1-2 years Assisted Living experience, preferred.
• Memory Care experience, preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aide Certification or willingness to obtain.
