Outreach is hiring a Full-time Senior Program Officer for Neighborhood Services at Outreach Central Office to provide senior leadership and oversight for Outreach’s Neighborhood Resource Centers (NRCs), grants management, program quality, financial stewardship, and strategic community partnerships. This senior leadership role works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Site Directors, Community Boards, and organizational leaders to strengthen program outcomes, expand community impact, and advance Outreach’s mission.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for all Neighborhood Resource Centers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service standards.
- Supervise Site Directors and the Director of Grants Management while supporting staff development, accountability, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that strengthen community impact and service delivery.
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and reporting to ensure compliance with organizational standards and grant requirements.
- Identify, service gaps, and opportunities for program innovation and expansion.
- Lead financial planning and budget management efforts in partnership with finance and administrative leadership.
- Develop systems and processes that improve operational efficiency, communication, reporting, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, risk management, and organizational policies across all program locations.
- Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Senior Program Officer Team, contributing to organization-wide strategy and decision-making.
- Represent Outreach as a professional spokesperson and ambassador within the community and among partner organizations.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in human services, community-based programs, or related nonprofit settings.
- Demonstrated success in program implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing multiple sites, departments, or large-scale service delivery operations.
- Working knowledge of grant contracts, compliance requirements, and grant-funded program management.
- Proven experience supervising, developing, and coaching professional staff and leaders.
- Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and organizational planning.
- Experience in community engagement, volunteer management, and stakeholder relations.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated sensitivity and effectiveness in working with culturally diverse clients, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
- Deep alignment with Outreach’s Christian mission and values.
- A commitment to Outreach’s Statement of Mission and Faith is required.
