The Role:

You will be part of the team managing a 168-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Common Area Cleaning: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and daily upkeep of all common areas in the buildings. 
• Grounds: Keeping grounds clean of debris, ensuring sidewalks and entrances are free of snow and ice, cleaning dumpster areas
• Apartment Turns: Completing thorough cleaning to prepare units for move-ins
