We’re hiring an experienced Parts Manager to build and lead our parts department from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all parts department operations, including inventory, purchasing, and profitability
- Build and manage parts inventory from the ground up for a new dealership launch
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing parts team
- Partner with Service Manager to support technician efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM and vendor partners
- Monitor KPIs: gross profit, turns, obsolescence, and fill rates
- Ensure accurate pricing, stocking levels, and merchandising
- Maintain compliance with company policies and OEM standards
What You Bring
- 3+ years of automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, parts matrix pricing, and OEM systems
- Proven ability to build and lead a team
- Experience working with Honda or other import brands preferred
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a startup-style environment with growth opportunity
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 – $95,000+ salary + performance incentives
