What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, clients, and community partners.
- Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, inventory, and facility needs.
- Support operational leaders with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and administrative projects.
- Assist with onboarding activities, meetings, trainings, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Travel periodically to other Venture Forthe offices and training locations to ensure locations are organized, equipped, and operating effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Administrative, customer service, reception, scheduling, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident with technology. Able to navigate computers, phone systems, email, and common office software including Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between office locations as needed.
