We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during the night shift. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business during the night, managing a team of employees, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise night shift employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure that all operations run smoothly during the night shift, including customer service, inventory management, and security
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff
- Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night shift
- Communicate effectively with other managers and staff to ensure a seamless transition between shifts
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all night shift activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Night Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
