Position Responsibilities:
- Provide information about all of The Renfrew Center’s programming to patients, families, and professional
- Actively engage consumers in a highly responsive manner while utilizing sales ability to assist patients, families, and professionals to move forward with Renfrew services
- Compile information regarding patient’s demographics, basic symptom and treatment history, and insurance benefit information to enter into electronic database accurately and timely
- Maintain follow-up contact including outreach calls or emails to patients, families, and professionals to asset patients in entering treatment at The Renfrew Center
- Meets established departmental metrics such as % of calls to intakes, % of intakes to assessments, etc
- Provides tours of The Renfrew Center and provide an explanation of the assessment /insurance/referral process
- Demonstrates professionalism and understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
- BA/BS in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field
- sales experience preferably in a behavioral health facility
- Demonstrated telephone sales presence required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to work well in a team setting
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some evening required
