Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Heppner, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient mental health position serving children, adults, and families
• Provide assessments, therapy, and behavioral health services within the community
• Opportunity to contribute to program development and service growth
• Practice with autonomy while collaborating with a supportive team environment
• Deliver care to underserved populations in a rural community setting
• Community-focused behavioral health role with meaningful impact across multiple age groups

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

• Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License REQUIRED

Preferred:
• Outpatient mental health experience
• Experience working with children
• Experience working with adults
• Experience providing family therapy or counseling
• Community behavioral health experience

Salary Description
$73.9K-$111.6K + $5.5K Sign-On
