Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Heppner, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adults, and families
• Provide assessments, screenings, counseling, and therapy services
• Coordinate care with providers and community resources
• Practice within a collaborative community-based care model
• Work with a supportive clinical team while maintaining clinical autonomy
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved rural community
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600 (Based on Experience)
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus

• Experience providing therapy across the lifespan
• Behavioral health assessment experience
• Community mental health experience
