Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Hermiston, Oregon.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adults, and families
• Provide assessments, individual counseling, and group counseling services
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral health treatment within a community-focused care model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care
• Work alongside full support staff and clinical supervision resources
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an established community mental health program

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600 (Based on Experience)

• Active Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED

Preferred:
• Outpatient behavioral health experience
• Individual counseling experience
• Group counseling experience
• Experience serving children, adults, and families
• Community mental health experience
