Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Hermiston, Oregon.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adults, and families
• Provide screenings, assessments, counseling, and behavioral health interventions
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver care within an integrated community-based behavioral health model
• Maintain autonomy in care delivery while supported by a collaborative clinical team
• Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an underserved community
SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $73,900 - $111,600 (Based on Experience)
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus
