Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that the clinic runs efficiently while providing high-quality patient care. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient services, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain a positive patient experience.

- Oversee scheduling and patient flow to optimize clinic operations.

- Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient services and outcomes.

- Manage clinic budgets and financial performance.

- Address patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic operations.

- Requires consistent and predictable attendance. 

Skills and Qualifications:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent  

-Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
