Maintenance Manager – Premier Resort

Our Path Resort locations are all nestled in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment, systems, and facilities are fully operational through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to established procedures
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report recommended improvements
  • Preserve the appearance and accessibility of the property by removing debris, clearing snow, painting, and maintaining surrounding grounds
  • Respond to special requests, including moving furniture, transporting materials, and preparing rooms for occupancy
  • Perform general repairs to guest rooms and common areas
  • Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs, ballasts, and electrical fixtures
  • Install and repair plumbing systems and related components
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all safety standards and regulations
  • Stay current with industry best practices through training and technical resources
  • Contribute to departmental success by taking initiative and supporting additional operational needs

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling, direction, coordination, and performance of Maintenance staff
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure departmental goals and service standards are consistently met
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience required
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
  • Understanding of safety practices and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Strong time management skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively
  • Typical schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, first shift
