Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a highly successful e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. EAH goes to market via ten enthusiast-focused websites (banners) - ECS Tuning, Turner Motorsport, Pelican Parts, Rennline, Texas Speed & Performance, Z1 Motorsports, Z1 Off-Road, RCI Off-Road, EVANNEX, and TEQSPORT.

EAH serves automotive enthusiast customers who are passionate about how their vehicle looks and performs by providing the parts, content, knowledge, and support to make their vehicle come to life. We also serve a global network of specialty installer shops that solve for customers looking for a "Do it For Me" option. EAH’s leadership team has delivered strong organic growth with market-leading profitability. EAH has also completed multiple acquisitions and plans continued expansion of its served markets via acquisition.

EAH is owned and supported by Cortec Group, a premier private equity firm. Cortec has invested millions of dollars to expand EAH’s operations, facilities, technology, and leadership. Among other investments, EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.

EAH is seeking a Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator passionate about automotive culture and ready to build and run our campaigns across our key brands in the Japanese domestic market - Z1 Motorsports, Z1 Off-Road, and TEQSPORT. This position will be based at our offices in Carrollton, GA.

Unlike companies that treat email as an afterthought and SMS hardly at all, we view them as one of our most vital customer touchpoints. Our campaigns consistently crush industry benchmarks because we prioritize relevant, enthusiast-focused communication. We are looking for a driven marketer who genuinely loves car culture and is excited to help us raise the bar.

You will work closely with our Marketing Team to build, deploy, and track automated customer journeys, and promotional campaigns that drive real customer retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, combines basic marketing fundamentals with a sharp eye for design, and loves looking at performance data to figure out how to make the next campaign even better. This position will be based at Z1 Motorsports in Carrollton, GA.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Building & Deployment: Plan, design, and schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns supporting new product launches, sales, and seasonal events.
  • Flow Optimization: Manage and improve automated lifecycle flows, including welcome series, abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, and back-in-stock alerts.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build smart email lists to deliver highly relevant messages based on what car a customer drives, their interests, and their past purchase history.
  • A/B Testing & Analysis: Run ongoing tests on subject lines, layouts, and send times to improve open rates, clicks, and revenue. Track the data and report on what is working.
  • Design & Content Adaptation: Use established brand guidelines, templates, and creative assets to build visually clean, engaging emails.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Product Development, Customer Service, and E-Commerce teams to align marketing messages with broader business goals.
Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a coordinate-level e-commerce role.
  • Platform Skills: Hands-on experience with an Email and SMS Service Provider (ESP) like Klaviyo, Listrak, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Creative Eye: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva to assemble and format campaigns using existing brand templates. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Data Fundamentals: Ability to look at basic e-commerce metrics (Open rates, CTR, revenue) and understand how to use Google Analytics/GA4.
  • Communication: Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clean, engaging copy that speaks directly to car enthusiasts.
  • Car Enthusiast Highly Preferred: You don't need to be a professional mechanic, but you must love automotive culture. Familiarity with the Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Lexus, off-road, or racing communities will give you a massive advantage in understanding our customers.
