Description
- Provide a fun golf experience from check in to check out
- Gamify the experience for fun and energy
- Take pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf
- Serve as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology and use your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, highlighting everything Five Iron Golf has to offer
- Connect guests with other offerings in the Five Iron catalog, such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our products and business lines
- Maintain a clean and presentable facility
Requirements
- Golf, Sales and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
- Strong customer service skills
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work with a team
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time
- Proficient oral communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must obtain proper licensing/certifications for food/beverage handling
Salary Description
$15-$17 an hour
