We are currently looking for a Developer to join our Information Technology team. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work fully remote, a hybrid schedule or in the office.

In this role, you'll develop high-quality technology solutions, complete project work that helps drive company initiatives, and monitor critical systems to ensure reliability and performance. You'll also serve as a trusted technical resource for associates across the organization, troubleshooting issues, responding to application and reporting requests, and identifying opportunities for long-term system improvements.
As a Developer, you will help build, maintain, and enhance the applications, websites, reports, and systems that support our business operations and our vision.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Developer:
- Associate degree in Computer engineering/science/technology or other closely related field
- Three - Five years of progressive experience in modern programming language
- Detail-oriented with a necessary understanding of systems and applications to effect changes
- Skilled in at least one current computer programming language that is used to build reports, web applications and web sites
- Microsoft .Net tech stack, Blazor and Insuresoft Diamond, preferred
- General understanding of insurance industry, preferred
- Solid problem analysis and resolution skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
