Job Description: Works with production personnel to fill Kanban bins. Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift and/or by hand. Supplies parts to upholstery line on demand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives parts when they are delivered & puts them in the correct location.
- Unloads and loads trucks using various devices.
- Stocks foam parts and substrates and puts them in the appropriate location.
- Documents items that are low in stock
- Pulls parts as needed.
· Efficiently organizes upholstery racks.
· Complies with all OSHA and safety procedures.
· Removes packing slips & forwards them to purchasing Dept.
· Performs any other duties as assigned by management.

Physical and Work Requirements:
· Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
· Must be able to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods.
· Must be able to climb into and out of the interior of boats.
· Must be able to wear proper safety equipment as needed.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
- Must be able to see details at close range.
- Must be able to use and maintain small hand tools (grinder, scraper, razor knife, blower, etc.)
- This is a safety-sensitive position.
