Key Responsibilities:

  • · Greet visitors and callers politely, professionally, and in a timely manner
  • · Ensure visitors and callers are guided to the proper department or person.
  • · Perform clerical tasks to support daily operations
  • · Sort and deliver incoming mail, and stamp and process outgoing mail.
  • · Assist production control with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Office) purchasing
  • · Assist production control with SDS (Safety Data Sheet) maintenance
  • · Assist production control with logistics paperwork
  • · Perform Ad hoc tasks when required..

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • · High School Diploma or GED.
  • · Strong Interpersonal skills: Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees.
  • · Attention to detail.
  • · Strong organizational skills to keep accurate records and find information quickly.
  • · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • · Problem solver and ability to take initiative.
  • · Proficiency using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • · Ability to work in a team environment.
