What We're Looking For
To be successful at Medecision the Solutions Delivery Manager, Senior will understand what a customer centric organization entails and be able to infuse that ideology in your contributions. On a given day this role oversees the end-to-end implementation of technology and business solutions, bridging the gap between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maximizing business value and user adoption. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in quality assurance combined with proven solutions delivery experience and emerging knowledge of AI technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Project & Solutions Delivery
· Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation through execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
· Lead multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables
· Establish and enforce quality standards across all project phases and deliverables
· Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices
· Stakeholder & Change Management
· Serve as the primary liaison between clients, executives, technical teams, and end users
· Develop and execute organizational readiness strategies, including communications plans and training programs
· Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent communication of project progress, risks, and outcomes
· Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes
· Create and deliver executive-level presentations and status reports
· Quality Assurance & Risk Management
· Leverage QA expertise to ensure rigorous testing protocols and quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle
· Identify project risks and dependencies early, developing comprehensive mitigation strategies
· Proactively remove operational and tactical impediments to project success
· Conduct data validation and system compliance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity
· Establish metrics and KPIs to measure solution effectiveness and user adoption
· Financial & Resource Management
· Manage project budgets, track resource utilization, and optimize costs
· Forecast resource needs and coordinate allocation across multiple initiatives
· Provide financial reporting and variance analysis to leadership
· Team Leadership & Development
· Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth
· Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Education and Experience
· Experience
· Minimum 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a software or technology environment
· Minimum 4+ years of Solutions Delivery Manager experience or equivalent project/program management role
· Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level implementation projects
· Proven experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Experience developing and executing training programs and end-user enablement strategies
· Background in business systems analysis and process optimization
· Technical Knowledge
· Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
· Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing strategies, and quality frameworks
· Working knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions (e.g., AI-driven automation, machine learning integration, intelligent systems)
· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, Visio)
· Experience with data analytics, data validation, and reporting tools
· Familiarity with business systems and enterprise software platforms
· Education & Certifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
· Preferred: Master's degree in related field
· Preferred: Professional certifications such as: Project Management Professional (PMP); PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher); Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications
