We are looking for:
The Assistant Project Manager will report to the Facilities & Construction Department Manager and will work closely with department supervisors, consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Tracking project milestones, budgets, and action items
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Managing project documentation, drawings, permits, and meeting minutes
- Assisting with bid solicitation and contractor procurement activities
- Tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence
- Conducting site visits and documenting construction progress
- Preparing project status reports and executive updates
- Supporting facility improvement and renovation projects as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction, project coordination, or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
