Position Summary
The Coordinator - Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new revenue and expanding an active base of full, half, and partial season accounts for Vegas Golden Knights home games at T-Mobile Arena.
This is a highly outbound, sales-driven role focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new business. The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, and motivated by hitting and exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced sports environment.
Success in this role is driven by identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and developing qualified leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and consistently converting opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new revenue through consistent outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, social selling, and networking
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and activity goals across full season and partial season ticket sales segments
- Execute a minimum of 40+ outbound calls daily to drive new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and closing new prospects
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, including arena tours and sales presentations
- Maximize revenue from existing clients through upsells, add-ons, referrals, and repeat business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partial plan accounts, delivering a best-in-class customer experience
- Proactively engage clients through calls, emails, seat visits, and personalized touchpoints
- Assist in the execution and growth of ticketing events and client experiences
- Accurately track all sales activity, pipeline, and client data within CRM systems
- Stay informed on team storylines, promotions, and inventory to effectively position offerings
- Handle client and prospect questions, concerns, and service needs in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute events and fulfill expectations
- Work games, events, and assigned nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, sports, or event-related roles (new business preferred)
- Demonstrate ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive environment
- Strong desire to build a long-term career in sports sales and revenue generation
- High energy, positive attitude, and a relentless work ethic
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with outbound prospecting
- Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (KORE, AXS/Archtics, FEVO, ZoomInfo, SuitePro, Microsoft Office) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, including game days
