Description

Purpose of the Position:

Responsible for developing both digital/print design projects for social posts, paid digital, brochures, logos, posters, infographics and advertisements and editing short-form videos for marketing purposes. This position is based in Seattle/Redmond Washington. 


Requirements

Primary Duties:

  • Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences.
  • Lead graphic design expertise with the AI agents, providing on-going instruction to teach the agents/bots what is on brand visually.
  • Development and on-going maintenance of a database of ready-to-go assets (still and video) that the agents can access to develop marketing communications (social posts, blogs, digital ads, etc.)
  • Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials.
  • Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the brand through different social media platforms and the website.
  • Collaborate with team members to create designs that meet business needs and align with overall marketing strategies

Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses

  • Degree in graphic design, art or marketing or at least 3 years of experience in graphic design for marketing material
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies – Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator

Physical Demands

  • Ability to regularly lift-up to 35 pounds. 
  • Frequent sitting. Frequent uses of hand to finger for keyboard work
  • Must be able to speak and hear well enough to conduct conversations. 
  • Vision abilities are critical and include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
