Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Executive Director in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental functions. This role assists with staff supervision, workflow efficiency, and administrative operations to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
Essential Responsibilities

- Serves as a point of contact between managers, employees, and patients; assists in addressing and resolving patient concerns.
- Supports oversight of all staff scheduling and daily activities.
- Assists in managing front office workflow and provides hands-on front office support as needed.
- Supports all departmental operations and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provides support in onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Monitors inventory levels and assists with ordering supplies.
- Provides administrative support and collaborates with team members to ensure timely and accurate services.
- Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information, documents, and imaging records.
- Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines and operational needs.
- Delivers excellent customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborates with Radiologists, technologists, and administrative staff to support high-quality imaging services.
- Assists in implementing department policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
- Supports management in departmental projects, process improvements, and growth initiatives.
- Monitors patient satisfaction feedback and assists in implementing service improvements.
- Coordinates maintenance schedules and communicates with vendors for service and repairs.
- Upholds patient dignity and ensures a respectful care environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary Description
$65,000 - $70,000
