Position Title:

Contracts Administration Tech

Location:

Dallas, Tx


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the contracts administration team
  • Prepare and proofread template land contracts and proofread other contracts and related documents
  • Maintain internal contracts database and produce reports for internal team
  • Provide support in correspondence with operators and other landowners
  • Work closely with internal teams to track contract compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent contracts administration experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Petroleum Land Management or equivalent degree
  • Registered Landman or Registered Professional Landman designation from the AAPL
  • 1 or more years of related experience working with oil and gas or real estate agreements
