The Operations Assistant provides support for agency-wide administrative and facility operations and office/building infrastructure. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations by providing administrative support for all programs, departments and functions, including IT, accounting, HR, development, compliance, and the Executive Director. This role works collaboratively with others throughout the agency to ensure a professional and functional work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, Social Work or a related field preferred
- Experience in administrative support or office operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
- Possess a valid Driver’s License, positive driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
