We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who has a builder mentality and ready to accelerate Om. You've grown channels rapidly, owned a full-funnel digital strategy, and you know how to connect paid, organic, influencer, DTC and Amazon into one coherent growth plan. You'll report to the Director of Brand & Innovation and be our in-house digital engine, setting the strategy and managing execution end-to-end, shaping how the brand shows up across platforms, communities and culture.

- Lead the development of a social-first brand strategy, content, and activation — own the brand's voice and presence across all platforms
- Paid media direction & execution — manage spend efficiently and optimize relentlessly across channels
- Influencer & creator ecosystem — build and manage a best-in-class creator program, including TikTok Shop strategy and execution
- Performance reporting & optimization — track what matters, cut what doesn't, and double down on what works
- Engagement & collaboration execution — activate partnerships and community moments that build brand love
- DTC strategy alignment — integrate digital marketing into the full direct-to-consumer funnel
- Define social KPIs (engagement, reach, sentiment, conversion)
- Track, analyze and optimize campaign performance, garnering insights to refine the strategy
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in evolving business objectives, new product launches, KPIs, and insights.
- 5-6+ years of digital marketing experience — brand side strongly preferred; DTC experience mandatory
- Wellness or CPG background a strong plus — you understand this consumer and this category
- Channel builder — you can show us a channel you grew meaningfully
- Full-funnel owner — paid, organic, influencer, and DTC are one integrated plan in your head, not separate swim lanes
- Strategy + execution skills — you can write the brief and then execute against it yourself
- TikTok-native — you understand how the platform works, not just theoretically, and you've driven results on it
- Data-driven — you make decisions based on performance, not instinct alone, and you can prove it
- Highly autonomous — you don't need someone to hand you a playbook; you build the playbook
