We are currently seeking experienced and professional full-time candidates to join our team. 

Direct Edge is seeking a dependable and hardworking Folding Carton Stripping / Warehouse Associate to join our production team. This position plays a key role in supporting our folding carton manufacturing operation by stripping die-cut jobs, preparing finished product for shipment, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime available and required as business needs dictate

Responsibilities

• Strip folding carton jobs after die cutting operations
• Inspect work for quality and notify supervisors of any issues
• Band, stack, and prepare skids for shipment
• Assist shipping and receiving department with daily activities
• Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility
• Help load and unload trucks when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist production and warehouse teams with various tasks as assigned
• Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a printing, packaging, folding carton, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience stripping die-cut folding carton jobs is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required

COMPENSATION

The base compensation range for this full-time position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour plus benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire rate for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
