The Position:
The Network Development Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth efforts and enhancing brand visibility of Panorama Eyecare’s (PEC) within the local healthcare community. This position is responsible for coordinating market development initiatives, organizing outreach activities, and enhancing brand visibility to contribute to sustainable market channel expansion. The Network Development Representative will manage the intricacies of projects, lead collaborations, and ensure timelines are met, all while maintaining the brand identity and laws that govern industry-specific marketing. This position will enhance collaboration between PEC and its professional partners by fostering strong communication and reinforcing PEC’s reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute targeted outreach initiatives to strengthen PEC’s presence within key market segments.
- Regularly analyze market and volume trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Monitor market dynamics and proactively address opportunities or challenges that may impact provider partnerships or patient access. Serve as a point of contact for external market partners to address needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement market growth strategies that support expansion of the surgical pipeline and overall practice performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute PEC-hosted continuing education events for optometrists and other healthcare professionals to enhance professional education and strengthen market engagement.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, material preparation, and attendee registration.
- Promote CE events and market initiatives through targeted marketing efforts to ensure maximum participation and engagement.
- Collect and analyze event feedback and participation data to continually improve educational programming and market impact.
- Coordinate provider onboarding support, community outreach activities, and market communications to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
- Partner with internal clinical and administrative teams to improve market coordination, communication workflows, and outreach effectiveness.
- Track and report on market activities, outreach efforts, and event outcomes, providing actionable insights and KPIs to leadership.
- Maintain detailed records of market trends and event participation to support insights and KPIs.
Who You Are
Performance/Skills Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and proactive communication skills to build and maintain strong, positive market relationships with key market stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, understanding customer needs, identifying target audiences, and positioning products or services effectively to support growth of the surgical pipeline.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills for drafting reports, presenting data, and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong project management abilities; ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem solving skills; ability to pivot strategies quickly based on campaign performance and adapt to unexpected market shifts.
- Time Management skills; ability to prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and structure the workday efficiently to sustain long-term productivity.
- Self-motivation to initiate tasks, maintain focus, and complete assignments.
- Experience planning and executing professional events, continuing education programs, and community outreach initiatives, including full logistical management and participant engagement.
Education/Certifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, market development, business development, or provider engagement, with a demonstrated ability to support growth initiatives.
- Experience planning and executing professional events preferred.
- Previous experience working with optometrists, ophthalmologists, or surgical care providers is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, market analytics, and industry best practices is an advantage.
Additional Job Details:
- This is a Full-Time remote position for candidates who reside in one of the following approved states: CO or WY.
- Travel is required to network locations in CO and WY.
- Compensation for this role will be $76,800-$88,700 per year based on experience/certification.
