Our company was founded by a group of Coca-Cola bottlers over 45 years ago and is now majority-owned by Coca-Cola Bottlers. Our location at the Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Northpoint Facility in Houston, TX is searching for a high-quality team player who is interested in working with state-of-the-art equipment in a stable, fast-paced work environment.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems on production machinery and support equipment

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance of air compressors, material dumpers, blow machines, and air-conveyor lines

• Perform changeovers of blow molders per production demands

• Rebuild sub-assemblies to OEM specifications 

• Troubleshoot electrical control and distribution systems to include 24VAC, 120VAC, 277VAC and 480VAC controller and    monitor control systems 

• PLC programming and troubleshooting knowledge

• Operate production equipment and perform production duties when assigned 

• Must have a high school diploma or GED. Three years of relevant experience (one employer) may be substituted.

• Must be willing and able to work any shift- total flexibility

• Four (4) years hands-on mechanical experience

• Knowledge and understanding of electrical schematics and troubleshooting skills

• Manufacturing experienced preferred

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills

• Forklift experience preferred
