Description

  

Intigral, Inc. is looking for an exceptional and hands-on Logistics professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment.  They will lead the day-to-day outbound operations at the manufacturing facility. They direct shipping employees, ensure orders ship accurately and on time, manage carrier pickups, and resolve issues that arise during the shift — serving as the hands-on lead between the Shipping, Production and Sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to):

  • Coordinate the daily scheduling of shipping personnel to ensure all outgoing orders are processed to meet deadlines
  • Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documentation, such as bills of lading and packing list
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process to verify that outgoing shipments are correctly packed, labeled and staged
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures within the shipping department to ensure      regulatory compliance
  • Investigate and resolve any shipment discrepancies, damages, or delays by coordinating with customer service      and transportation providers
  • Train and evaluate the performance of shipping department staff, providing coaching to maintain operational standards and      efficiency.
  • Manage Cross Dock process
  • Coordinate packaging of all out bound products to prevent damage
  • Use Fenevision reports and other tools to manage and report company metrics for one time delivery
  • Assure paperwork is audited and accurate before loading
  • Conduct pre-shift and/or end-of-shift meetings to communicate priorities, safety reminders and shift performance results.
  • Manage Sequencing and Sorting – if required
Requirements

  

Qualification and Skill Requirements:

· Prior shipping supervision required

· 3 years’ experience in related industry

· Manufacturing experience preferred

· Effective communication skills.

· Effective problem-solving ability, both electrical and mechanical.

· Excellent leadership skills.

· Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
