ALEX – Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a federal program delivering analytical, technical, and operational support services. The Program Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and coordination across multiple functional areas to ensure contract performance, staffing compliance, and mission success.

• Lead program execution across multiple functional domains
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate complex projects and initiatives
• Manage contract performance, staffing, budgets, and reporting deliverables
• Serve as primary interface with Government stakeholders
• Oversee staffing plans and ensure continuity of operations
• Experience managing large, complex federal programs
• Strong leadership in strategic planning, operations, and performance management

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal or DoD programs
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary contract teams

Education and Certifications:

• Master’s degree OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years relevant experience
