Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet customers warmly, guide them through the service process, and ensure they feel informed and confident throughout their visit.
Communication
- Clearly explain recommended services and answer customer questions—no technical jargon required.
Organization
- Create and manage service orders, keep track of appointments, and ensure smooth coordination with technicians.
Support
- Help schedule vehicle service, assist with basic diagnostics, and follow up with customers after their visit.
Collaboration
- Work closely with service technicians, parts staff, and fellow advisors to create a seamless, friendly environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar role
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who enjoys helping others
- Willingness to learn about vehicles and service processes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
