Cafe Store Lead
Description

 Our Store Leads support the day-to-day operations of the café by helping the management team create a smooth, organized, and positive work environment. They serve as a resource for team members, help ensure operational standards are met, and assist with training, communication, and shift execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate store priorities, updates, and operational needs to team members.
  • Help ensure the café is clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in leading shifts, including labor deployment and break management.
  • Ensure guest orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all front- and back-of-house positions.
  • Help maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Escalate team member concerns, operational issues, and guest feedback to management.
  • Document key store updates and support managers with administrative tasks.
  • Provide friendly, professional guest service and help resolve concerns as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

 

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting daily operations, training team members, and delivering excellent guest experiences.
