Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Insights will own the strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management of Intentsify’s Insights product offering. This role is responsible for translating Intentsify’s proprietary intent, campaign results and other engagement data assets into actionable, market-ready insights that drive customer value and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on product leadership role that works closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to define requirements, prioritize development, and ensure strong product adoption. The ideal candidate has deep experience building data-driven products, strong analytical intuition, and the ability to turn complex datasets into intuitive, customer-facing insights for B2B marketers and revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
Insights Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Intentsify’s Insights offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize initiatives that deliver actionable insights across intent data, audience behavior, campaign performance, and market intelligence.
- Translate high-level strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability and innovation.
Product Development & Execution
- Lead end-to-end product development for Insights features, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable data pipelines, analytics frameworks, and insight-generation logic.
- Drive agile execution by managing backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Ensure Insights products meet standards for performance, reliability, accuracy, and usability.
Customer & Market Discovery
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user workflows, pain points, and decision-making needs.
- Identify and validate high-impact use cases for Insights across key customer segments (e.g., demand generation, ABM, RevOps, sales).
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to incorporate frontline feedback into product prioritization.
- Continuously assess competitive offerings and market trends to inform differentiation and positioning.
Insights Quality, Analytics & Measurement
- Define success metrics and KPIs for Insights products, including adoption, engagement, and business impact.
- Drive continuous improvement of insight models, methodologies, and presentation based on performance data and customer feedback.
- Ensure insights are explainable, trustworthy, and easy for customers to act on.
Go-To-Market & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Product Marketing to support messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new and existing Insights capabilities.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with product knowledge, use cases, and enablement materials.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Insights products, clearly articulating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Influence without authority across cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data, analytics, or insights-driven products.
- Proven track record of shipping customer-facing data products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex datasets, metrics, and experimentation.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling user experiences.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in martech, adtech, intent data, or B2B analytics is a strong plus.
