Summary
We’re looking for a strategic and solutions-oriented Product Manager to help shape and scale how we design, deliver, and optimize our first-to-market experience intelligence platform.
Augeo Experience is building a first of its kind, best in class, AI focused intelligence platform in partnership with some of the largest enterprises in the world. We need a product manager who knows and is passionate about technology, understanding customer needs, and about building excitement internally and externally. You will work closely with a phenomenal team that knows everything there is to know about experiences and event planning at the enterprise level, and a technology team that has a history of delivering complex software at scale.
This role will focus on building and improving the tools, workflows, and data capabilities that power our event delivery model for the intelligence platform. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into scalable features; helping our teams operate more efficiently, deliver more consistently, and generate future client value in the product roadmap.
You’ll work cross-functionally with client service, operations, and technology teams to develop practical, user-friendly solutions that improve both the client experience and internal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for tools, workflows, and systems within the product that support event and program delivery, real-time data analytics and enterprise visibility
- Translate input from client teams, operations, and leadership into clear product requirements, use cases, and user stories
- Act as the connective tissue between leadership, engineering, and design. Your job is to keep everyone marching toward the same North Star
- Clearly articulate and continuously refine what problem the product solves, who it solves it for, and why anyone will care
- Prioritize enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and scalability
- Partner with technology and development teams to design and deliver features and integrations aligned to real-world execution needs
- Collaborate with operations and client service leads to ensure tools and processes support high-quality delivery
- Analyze usage, workflow effectiveness, and delivery outcomes to inform continuous improvement
- Advocate for end users by ensuring features are practical, intuitive, and easy to integrate into daily work
- Partner with marketing and sales to define and refine the pricing models, messaging frameworks, and customer education strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise tech or related field
- Proven success managing all stages of the product lifecycle: from discovery to launch to iteration
- Proven ability to translate complex, cross-functional business needs into scalable product features
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across operations, client teams, and developer teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain priorities, decisions, and trade-offs
- Data-driven mindset with comfort interpreting KPIs, business targets, client data needs, and how to convey data in a way that is accessible and usable for the client
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being defined
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to workflow tools, project management systems, or event technology platforms
- Experience building or supporting internal tools, dashboards, or reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and scaling operational systems
