What You’ll Do

•  Process customer transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
•  Scan items and ensure accurate pricing
•  Handle cash, cards, refunds, and exchanges accurately
•  Bag customer purchases and assist with carryout when needed
•  Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
•  Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
•  Support promotions, cross-selling, and product awareness
•  Assist in other store areas as needed
•  Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

•  Previous cashier, retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
•  Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems
•  Strong communication and customer service skills
•  Basic math and cash handling accuracy
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Professionalism and attention to detail
•  Ability to handle stressful situations positively
•  Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Work Environment

•  Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
•  Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits
•  Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25–50 lbs
