Wrench, Inc. is the fastest growing mobile mechanic service around and has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Revenue Team. We service an impressive variety of cars and trucks, offering everything from oil changes and preventive maintenance to brake jobs and no-starts. Our ASE-certified mobile mechanics can perform most jobs right in a client's driveway or in their office’s parking lot, freeing them up to spend their time as they wish. We are currently in major markets in Washington, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, and are continuing to expand. What You'll Do at Wrench
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers book jobs, maintain or exceed stated revenue goals, and improve our customer’s experience every step of the way.
