Director, Brand Partnerships
ACC and Pixly are hiring a closer. We're looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships with creative instincts, a rolodex of brand decision-makers, and a track record of winning pitches in the influencer space. You'll lead new business for Pixly, a performance-focused influencer marketing agency powering campaigns for Epic Games, Warby Parker, NordVPN, and more.

What You'll Do
- Lead new business efforts across priority categories, prospects, and partners
- Own the pitch process end-to-end — from RFP through proposal delivery and close
- Serve as a senior client-facing lead in pitches, workshops, and presentations
- Shape strategy and narratives that connect client briefs with influencer opportunities
- Oversee pitch scoping, resourcing, timelines, and budgets for feasibility and profitability
- Partner with our parent company, ACC, on sales strategy and pipeline development
- Identify proactive growth opportunities across existing relationships and industry networks
- Track leads, opportunities, win/loss insights, and conversion rates
- Represent Pixly at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in new business development
- Proven track record leading and winning influencer pitches
- Deep knowledge of the creator economy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch
- Experience with Apollo or similar sales automation platforms
- The ability to translate briefs into clear goals, frameworks, and compelling narratives
- Strong collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and performance teams
- A growth mindset, a strong network, and the instinct to spot opportunity — and close it
