Dual-role position combining office administration and direct support for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
Be an advocate for people with disabilities to achieve their goals and connect with the community as independently as possible. Work closely with families, guardians, Managed Care teams and staff to ensure services that are important and beneficial for the individual. Help to develop and monitor Person Centered Plans for everyone receiving services that are based on a person’s strengths, preferences and needs.

Provides direct care, instruction, support, and supervision to people receiving services, as needed. 

Experience 

Experience with people with disabilities or another human service group preferred. 

Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4 pm
