Reporting to the Distribution & Logistics Manager, the Logo Production Coordinator plays a key role in our organization’s success through supporting the execution of customized product orders by managing communication between customers, third-party decoration vendors, and internal operations. This role ensures accurate mockups, timely production, and on-time delivery of logo-applied products such as safety helmets, high-visibility apparel, and other branded items.
This position blends customer service, vendor coordination, and operational support, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of customized orders while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
This role is based in our St Paul office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
You have already accomplished (required):
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
You may have already accomplished (preferred):
- Experience working with vendors or in a production/logistics environment is a plus.

Key Job Duties:
Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and decoration vendors
- Provide vendors with accurate logos, specs, and placement details for mockups
- Manage mockup review cycles, including approvals and revisions
- Communicate product details, quantities, placement, and timelines clearly
- Proactively track vendor progress to ensure on-time production.
Mockup & Logo Management
- Review mockups for accuracy (placement, sizing, color consistency)
- Confirm all customer requirements are met prior to approval
- Create and maintain Logo ID records in NetSuite
- Organize and maintain logo, mockup, and approval files
Operations & Logistics Support
- Coordinate shipments between warehouse and vendors
- Monitor daily order flow to ensure timely processing
- Partner with warehouse teams on picking, staging, and shipping
- Track orders to meet ERP ship dates and delivery targets
- Perform final quality checks on decorated products
Procurement & Pricing
- Maintain accurate pricing for decoration services
- Issue purchase orders with correct details and specifications
- Validate vendor invoices against agreed pricing
Administrative Support
- Provide backup support for warehouse system functions (pick tasks, transaction cleanup, bin assignments)
- Support workflow accuracy within NetSuite
