 Site Supervisor

Schedule:

· Monday–Friday: 6AM – finish approximately 3pm 

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead by example on the floor. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience operating warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily site operations and workflow

· Unload incoming freight and oversee proper handling of materials

· Sort and segregate inventory accurately and efficiently

· Perform Quality Assurance (QA) audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

· Utilize computer systems for reporting, tracking, and documentation

· Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including:

o Forklift

o Pallet jack

o Clamp machine 

· Support and guide team members to meet productivity and quality expectations  

Work Environment

· Warehouse / distribution setting

· Warehouse is a cooler/freezer dock. 

· Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation

Requirements

· Previous site supervision or lead experience preferred

· Equipment operation experience required (forklift, pallet jack, clamp)

· Strong computer skills

· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
