Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary services. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to meet established standards

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety protocols

- Assist with managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize resources

- Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating kitchen staff to foster a productive and positive work environment

- Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement new culinary initiatives

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times

- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or culinary environment

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
