Position SummaryProvides administrative and project coordination support for cross-functional projects and program activities. Assists with project scheduling, documentation, reporting, resource coordination, and communication to help ensure projects are executed on time and in accordance with organizational requirements. Maintains project records, tracking tools, and status updates while supporting project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, milestones, and action-item tracking to support project execution.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, organization, and audit readiness.
  •  Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
  • Support project managers with resource requests, meeting coordination, and project administration activities.
  •  Track project deliverables, schedules, budgets, and open issues; escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, and change management activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assist with procurement requests, invoice processing, and project-related administrative transactions.
  • Facilitate communication among internal departments, customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
  • Maintain project files and records in compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve project coordination processes and reporting methods.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 0–2 years of experience supporting projects, programs, operations, or administrative functions.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with project tracking systems, ERP systems, or document management systems preferred.
  • Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze information, track progress, and identify potential issues.
  • Must be authorized to access information and hardware subject to ITAR requirements and qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable regulations.
