Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Reviews packets with new hires, sets Gaming appointments, and follows up on status with management.
  • Processes new hires. 
  • Assists employees with career advancement
  • Conducts and organizes new hire orientation as needed.


Background Investigator Responsibilities:

  • Conduct background and resort permit licensing investigation on all non-licensed employee applicants.
  • Prepare written reports regarding resort permit licensing and permit denials.
  • Completes investigative reports.
  • Utilizes criminal investigation sources to access information on individuals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Requirements
  • 2+ years Recruiting/HR experience.  
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. 
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.   
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.  
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.  
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.  
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) 
  • Previous HR casino and hospitality experience a plus.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and/or related area, or equivalent work experience, and/or PHR or SPRH Certification a plus. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 
  • Interviewing, report writing, and investigative skills required.
  • Attention to Detail and handling sensitive information professionally and with accuracy.
