Magnify of Central Florida is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to help recruit, onboard, and support the employees who make our mission possible. This role serves as a key partner in talent acquisition, employee records administration, workforce compliance, onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations support.


The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an excellent employee and candidate experience while ensuring compliance with employment, training, and workforce requirements.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Coordinate recruiting activities for open positions 
  • Post and maintain job advertisements 
  • Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews 
  • Support job fairs, recruiting events, and workforce pipeline initiatives 
  • Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress 

Onboarding & Workforce Compliance

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes 
  • Manage employment documentation and personnel records 
  • Coordinate background screening, fingerprinting, and reference verification 
  • Support Safe Environment training and other required workforce clearances 
  • Track training assignments, certifications, and compliance requirements 
  • Assist with audit readiness and workforce documentation reviews 

HR Operations & Employee Records

  • Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records 
  • Process employee status changes and HR documentation updates 
  • Support HR reporting, workforce metrics, and compliance tracking 
  • Assist with compensation and position-change documentation routing 
  • Help ensure data accuracy across HR systems 

Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Respond to employee and supervisor HR process questions 
  • Support leave administration and workers' compensation coordination 
  • Assist with investigations, documentation collection, and case tracking 
  • Help managers maintain performance management documentation 
  • Support retention and employee engagement initiatives 
Salary Description
$20-$25
