 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps in walls etc.
  • Preventative Maintenance: snaking drains, touch up paint, staining furniture, etc.
  • Installing and maintaining equipment & fixtures.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
  • Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
  • Responsible for trash, groundskeeping, stocking supplies, pool maintenance, etc
  • Collaborate with other professionals during renovations
  • Report to General Manager or facilities maintenance manager
Requirements

 What we need from YOU

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina and dexterity
  • Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid drivers license (preferred)
